Not everyone knows what to do when going to the gym. Well, Victor broke it down into a few simple steps
Step 1) Grab or go buy a tank top, shirtless is ok too!
Step 2) Go to a gym
Step3) Go to the bathroom and splash water on tank top or shirtless to emulate sweat
Step 4) Take flex selfies in the gym around different equipment, to show what machines real gym enthusiasts actually use. The key to good gym selfies is to look worn out.
Step 5) Get a shaker. you can find some at WalMart for $7. Put chocolate ice cream in shaker and let it melt some. Looks like protein shake, once melted. Chug away
Step 6) Take more flex selfies in your very own bathroom.
