Graham and Molly are the owners of Skinny Slim’s. New to the area, the establishment opened on April 2^nd and has hit the ground running as they specialize in craft beers from around the world.  To compliment their great selection of hand picked beers (mostly by customer request including the Black Lager KCCO) is an exceptional menu to get your mouth watering. Start off with an amazing pretzel with accompanying awesome sauce or popular dinner choice selections that include the beer battered, authentic fish & chips or bangers & mash.  Graham and Molly create an atmosphere to make you feel like it could be your home away from home.
