Chive On - Owasso set a record breaking total raised for any unofficial Chive event in Oklahoma event to date.  The grand total raised was $11,384 (as shown in the last picture of this thread), and was donated to the Hayes family this afternoon.  All of this was done for a little boy named Trent, and below is an account from Trent's mom, and the sole reason why Chive On - Owasso got involved.

Trent was a little boy who was unable to live a fulfilled life due to worry from being ridiculed and scrutinized by other kids.  Mind you, this is not your typical case of being a kid, but Trent's situation was outside of his control.  He was born and suffered from a condition that caused him to have slight incontinence issues throughout the day, and eventually would leave a "spot" that the other kids could see.  No matter how hard he tried, the infamous spot Trent feared most of his life always found a way to the spotlight, and at the worst of times.

After being denied several times by insurance for the surgery he needs, appeals being tossed out, and overall neglect by our healthcare system, the Chive On - Owasso admins decided to get involved.  An event was thrown this past Friday at Fishbonz - Owasso in Trent's honor.  The shenanigans and tale of how awesome, fun, and fulfilling the night was speaks for itself in the below photos.  We here at OK Chive hope you enjoy.
